IGas Al Khobar Industrial and Commercial is a well-known name in KSA industrial sector. It is a moment of pride for DTC that we have landed a contract with such a prestigious company. We officially signed a contract on January 3, 2018, for the establishment of their factory and warehouse. This project will contribute in the economic development of the region as per the vision of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. DTC always strives to be a part of such projects that can aid in the development of the local economy, create job opportunities for KSA locals, and adds to the GDP of our country to give us an economical advantage.
They want us to build the unit on a total area of 4000 square meters with a contractual value of 1,700,000 Saudi Riyal. The contract is of small scale but we treat all clients with great respect and honesty because we follow the principle that customer satisfaction is essential for us to succeed. This is why instead of getting overconfident we humbly accept this project.
As per the contract details, we will build the factory and warehouse in the 3rd Industrial area of Dammam. This industrial area is practically outside Dammam but we don’t have any trouble moving our machinery there because we have constructed many units there. We promised to deliver the project by the end of next year implying by the end of 2019.
There are some contractual bindings as per the scope of this project for our DTC team. Firstly we will have to procure all structural steel from Zamil Steel because IGas Al Khobar Industrial has a running contract with them so we will follow their commitment. Secondly, the project has already been designed and approved by Dammam authorities by Al Farid Engineering consultancy. Not only that, but AlFarid will also supervise this entire project which implies that we will have to work in collaboration with their team.
We want to start working on this project as soon as possible because we can practically start whenever we want as the design is already in place. We have already requested a copy of the design so our engineers and team can study the design and make plans for practical implementation. They have already shared the blueprint as well as the 3D deisgn. It is much more convenient if we studt the 3D model with the help of accompanying software.
We have already devised a team that is capable of providing the following services to our client without compromising the integrity of the project:

- Concrete Structure.

- concrete flooring .
- Site & Finishing Work.
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm.
Our team is now in the planning phase because we believe that planning activities beforehand saves a lot of time, energy, and resources. It also gives a chance to apply innovative ideas through brainstorming and critical thinking. We will start practical implementation soon.
