The body comprises two layers of polyester and multi-layer fiberglass with polyurethane foam strips of 42.5 kg/m3 density in between. The two panels are fused together to form a homogeneous and solid conjunction, resulting in a single piece panel.
The Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) surface is easy to clean and stronger than sheet metal, making it rust-free and easy to repair by patching. These features contribute to a longer lifespan of the box, especially in countries with harsh road conditions and temperatures that can soar to over 122°F/50°C during the day and drop sharply at night.
Furthermore, the box is fully insulated and protected from external factors, as the internal and external skin of the box is covered by food-grade gelcoat that is resistant to Ultra Violet (UV) sun rays.In addition to the standard insulated boxes, Reftruck Egypt offers a wide range of refrigeration units to cater to customers’ needs for refrigerated boxes with controlled temperature. We have two different profiles for our wall panels, each available in various thicknesses ranging from 30mm to 200mm.
