CONSTRUCTION & CONTRACTING PROJECTS

• AMC Factory – We constructed the AMC Factory in the 3^rd Industrial area of Dammam. We also offered excavation, site preparation, MEP, and site finishing services.
• IGas Al Khobar Industrial Gass Factory- DTC provided construction, excavation, backfilling, MEP, fire safety, and site finishing services for this factory built in the 3^rd Industrial area of Dammam.
• Ultra Industrial Services Factory: We constructed this factory in the 3^rd Industrial area of Dammam. We also provided MEP, Site excavation, and finishing services for the completion of this project.
• Al-Barrak Shipping Agencies: We have constructed the administrative building in Dammam for this project. We have also provided leveling, MEP, and fire fighting equipment installation services to match our client’s requirements.
• Atyaf Avenue Mall: DTC has constructed and handed over Atyaf Avenue Mall to Mr. Abdul Mohsen Saad Al-Ruwaished. To match the requirements of our client we also offered MEP, steel erection, excavation, and finishing services.
• United Stars Warehouse: We offered leveling, construction, steel erection, MEP, fire safety, and site finishing services for this warehouse project located in the 2^nd Industrial city of Dammam.
• Teeba Warehouse: We constructed and offered contracting services including site excavation, steel erection, MEP, site finishing, and fire safety services for this warehouse project based in Riyadh.
• Al Babtain Power and Telecom warehouse: DTC offered construction as well as site preparation, steel erection, MEP, fire fighting, and site finishing services for this project for Al Babtain Telecom Company in the 3^rd Industrial City of Dammam.
• BASF Powder Coating Factory: DTC has offered construction as well as site preparation, MEP, site finishing, and fire safety equipment installation services for our client BASF Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd.
• Al Saif Cold Storage Warehouse: DTC completes this warehouse project by providing construction services in addition to site excavation, site leveling, steel erection MEP, site finishing, and fire fighting services.
• Al Araji Plastic Factory: We constructed and offered leveling, MEP, fire fighting equipment installation and site finishing works for this factory project based in the 3^rd Industrial city of Dammam.

CONTRACTING PROJECTS

• Al Nakeel- Al Taif Schools: We provided civil works and electric services for this project
• Construction Excellence Center: DTC offered MEP, fire safety, and site finishing services for Rawabi Holdings in Al Jubal City for this project.
• Arabian Rig Manufacturing Factory- We offered flooring services for Arcon to complete their factory project in Ras El Kheer.
• Al Yamamah Trading and Contracting Company: DTC offered multiple services for the establishment of this project in the 3^rd Industrial City of Dammam. We provided steel erection, MEP, interior finishing, and fire safety services for this project.

PROJECTS IN TRANSIT:

• Al-Ajlan warehouse- We are offering construction services along with excavation, MEP, and site finishing services for this project. We hope to deliver the completed project soon as per our client’s requirements.
• Curvature Mall: DTC is working on Curvature Mall for Mr. Khalifa Abdul Latif Al-Mulhim in Khobar. We have excavated the site, constructed the grey structure along with steel erection, and are working on MEP, fire safety equipment, and site finishing services.
• Hala Mall: DTC is working for Jawharat Jizan Co. for the completion of their project Hala Mall in Hafr Al-Batin. To respond to the scope of this project we will offer leveling, concrete structure construction, steel erection, MEP, fire fighting, and finishing services.
