Project Specifications:
Talking about the project, we signed the contract on 21 August 2016. The contract entailed construction of a warehouse for United Stars Company in the 2nd Industrial city of Dammam spread over an area of 13700 square meters. For the project design, the Sahab Engineering consultancy office was approached by United Stars. We welcomed their commitments and received the approved warehouse design from them. Sahab engineering also supervised all the implementation and services for this project. We welcomed their team with open hearts and it was a great experience working with them. Their team was very cooperative and we both shared a very respectful professional relationship throughout the project. Also, we had to procure the structural steel supply from Mitwalli Steel Products Factory Co. which we did. We are glad that we received all the supplies on promised time which never become a hurdle to our daily plans and project milestones. The cooperation with all the third parties makes it possible for us to deliver the project in a record time of fewer than 9 months.
Project Importance:
The project was quite dear to our team because of its importance for the economic growth of KSA . Transport is the key to the economic development of any local industry. We are glad that we got a chance to serve our community indirectly by becoming a part of such a forwad-looking project that will play its’ bit in the growth of the local economy and job creation.
DTC Planning:
We devised our team especially to work on this project. Our team studied the warehouse design and visited the site to make realistic judgments of the requirements of this project. We made required calculations and estimations that helped us a lot in practical implementation.
