DTC has signed a contract with AL SAIF for the construction of AL SAIF cold storage warehouses on January 29, 2019.
DTC will provide the following services to complete the project:
- To level the site’s base, DTC will excavate the site properly and remove all impediments, including impure soil.
- Construction of steel structures, concrete works, and masonry.
- DTC will offer finishes, thermal and moisture protection, doors, windows, and accessories.
- According to international standards, DTC will design and install the HVAC equipment and structures on site.
