In 2018 we signed a contract with Mr. Abdul Mohsen Saad Al-Ruwaished on 15 October undertaking the services for their Atyaf Avenue Mall. The project was quite great in scope. It was truly an honor to work with such a prestigious client. We had cleared all the terms and conditions of the contract beforehand to save us from any trouble and miscommunication. For Atyaf Avenue Mall, a contract was already in consideration with Vado for engineering consultancy services. We abide by their contract and agreed to the supervision of Vado over our services. Vado also designed the entire project and also got the necessary approval for the project. We got all the project designs in 3D form and paper form from Vado to study and implement them. Another consideration for this project was that Mr. Abdul Mohsen Saad Al-Ruwaished had a prior contract with Dolphin International Steel Factory for the procurement of prefabricated structural steel. Following all these contractual limitations our team worked efficiently and effectively we were able to complete and hand over the project on June 1, 2020. We feel pride in abiding by all contractual terms, budgeting, time limitation, and service quality.

As soon as we signed the contract we devised a team to overlook the project. The project was to be executed in Corniche Road Khobar so we had to include such employees who can go over there and are experienced enough to work on such a high-profile project. The project was spread over a lot area of 10000 square meters with a contractual value of 14,000,000 Saudi Riyal.

Our team consisted of all professional and talented personnel from all relevant departments. Once our team was finalized we started working on project planning. Our team devised a  detailed plan and layout of all activities that we had to perform in the quest to work on this project. We devised all the necessary layouts, drawings, calculations, and estimations to break down the project into workable milestones. We shared all the budgets, and milestones with Vido to abide by the contractual agreement. It was a great experience working with them. They never limit ur innovative abilities in any way and gave us room to devise the project as we desire. Our team learned a lot working with them and we are grateful to them for all their suggestions, collaboration, and motivation. As per the scope of the project, we offered multiple services including

• Site & Finishing Work.
• Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm.

Our team followed the milestone chart in the quest to offer these services. Though Vido was always there to oversee our services and project progress. Still, for our satisfaction and company policy, our quality management team also visited the site from time to time. They analysed and scrutinized every service precisely, along with checking the functionality of all installed equipment. We declared the product complete after getting approval from our quality control team.
