The official contract for the construction of a Family Entertainment Commercial Center Project in Fakhriya District, Dammam, has been signed between DTC and MOHAMMAD SAMEH AL-OJAIMI on July 16, 2022.
In the field of development and project management, Seyada LLC is one of Saudi Arabia’s leading private-sector development and project management companies with projects valuing over 1 billion Saudi Riyals.
To implement this project, DTC will provide the following services:
- Leveling- The DTC team will level the site’s surface.
- Excavation and Backfilling- After excavating the site properly and removing all impediments, they will backfill the site with pure and salt-free clean soil so that the base can be leveled.
- Concrete Structure- Concrete work will be done and the building structure will be built according to REEF’s approved design.
- Steel erection- Prefabricated steel structures procured by AIC will be used by DTC workers to support the buildings.
- Electrical service- DTC will assess the electrical needs and requirements of the site and draft shop drawings based on their calculations.
- Plumbing service- DTC team will also determine the plumbing needs of the site and install all plumbing-related structures.
- HVAC services- As per international standards, the DTC team will design and install the HVAC equipment and structures in the building based on their analysis of the HVAC needs on the site.
- Safety Services- In addition to installing CCTV cameras, fire sprinklers, and automated fire alarms, the DTC team is responsible for installing the latest safety and firefighting equipment in the building.
